Our client Fixle, an innovative Australian company took on a challenging project to launch an on-demand system that connects users to the home-service companies in Perth City. Fixle wanted their app to be functional, beautiful, and provide an optimized user experience.
They came to BSS because of our strong UX/UI design and solid technical capability. BSS was entrusted with building a complex home service platform (consisting of a user app, a provider app, a company app and a web-based admin panel) to support all of the business processes
Fixle had a clear understanding of what the app should do and what results it should deliver. But they had some problems defining how all of their ideas could be implemented in each app and some gaps in the logic. This is where Fixle asked for the consultant of us.
This project is a platform designed specifically for four types of users: client, provider, company, admin, meaning that it’s divided into four parts closely dependent on each other.
Within 3 months, BSS delivered a complete solution that covers all aspects including designing and developing the complete solution. Now, we are expanding our long-term partnership with features improvement and continued support in web development.
To make the booking request process as simple as possible, we used only basic UI elements like buttons, service lists, and a ticker to display order detail.
Payment integration: We enabled two-step verification to allow Fixle team to manually verify payments to ensure safety for both customers and providers.
To help users increase efficiency by conveniently visualizing their appointments – we used colored lines, which represent events and tasks, pinned to certain dates.
Allow admins to coordinator all the bookings from ordering to payment in the system as well as serve as a chat support center.
