Upgrading existing mobile app to improve UX and deliver new features to 5 million users.
VinGroup, the leading private business group in Vietnam, offers a comprehensive ecosystem spanning across real estate, education, health, retail, travel, entertainment, and heavy industry. As part of our commitment to enhancing the customer experience, we introduced VinID, a customer loyalty program that offers a variety of exclusive promotions to our members. However, carrying multiple physical loyalty cards can be cumbersome for both publishers and users. To streamline this process and benefit our 5+ million users, we have digitalized our loyalty program, allowing for unlimited promotions and the ability to manage multiple loyalty cards seamlessly.
We focused on improving the user experience by optimizing the flow and enhancing the app's interface. An essential aspect was integrating the app with QR Code, allowing users to quickly scan and add points or make payments. We simplified the UI, ensuring a clear layout that is easy to use, even when clients are in a hurry or on the go. We also made small improvements, such as push notifications and comfortable voucher delivery, to enhance the user experience for the millions of VinID app users.

Under a high-pressure deadline, we met all of Vingroup Marketing Department's requirements and delivered a platform that allowed them to run campaigns on time.
